I brought in my pokemon game for a battery swap, not only did they get it done within 30 minutes of me dropping the game off they were skillful enough to keep my save file that I had worked so hard on. 10/10 recommend, Marcus is amazing and the team seriously impressed me so much. I work from home and my laptop crashed on me😩. So I took it to PokeBros since my son already used them for his Gaming system. PETER took excellent care of me. He even made sure my laptop would be done the same day since I work from home and very much NEED to work. The cost was comparable and the whole IT team was friendly have excellent customer service skills.. For sure will be utilizing their services from now on!

Their all around general knowledge and hospitality are beyond compare. I traded in my iPhone 12 and iPhone XR to purchase an iPhone 14pro they had and the whole experience was a breeze. They’re very responsive to messages and will help you with ANYTHING! Also Paradox’s puppy dog is the cutest, you must go see him. ❤️

On the repair side these guys might edge out Nintendo in service. Quote for a 3ds repair from Nintendo is 60$ flat which includes shipping, about 6 months, and sometimes they will just outright replace your 3ds. These guys took about 3 months and 25$, including a warranty so if anything goes wrong with the repair after you leave they are happy to address it. I think the diagnosis alone is 20$, either way these are definitely the best repair prices in the game.

Really awesome place, they haven't been here long but worth the look around and prices, Paradox helped me out to get a GameCube AV and power cable as well has a Gameboy sp charger and a pokemon card pack. Edit, Marcus is awesome he taught me how to play the pokemon TCG and helped me and another guy put together our first decks, he's super kind and fun and really enjoys his time teaching people and playing card games and more.

I took my PS5 with a broken HDMI port to PokeBros for repair. Paradox helped me out by recommending a upgraded, stronger port then factory and doing the repair himself. While he was in there he cleaned my PS5 and noticed I had a overheating issue and gave me a call to recommend fresh thermal paste. He had my PS5 back to me in 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I brought my boys to Pokebros to look for Pokemon cards, and we were not disappointed. Marcus and Paradox provided excellent service, were patient and kind with my kiddos, and even gave them each a free pack of cards as a welcome gift. We are already talking about our next trip! 5/5 experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a nerd haven in northern Wichita.

Today was my first time visiting Poke Bros and I was thoroughly impressed. They had a great selection of cards and collectibles, but the whole reason I went was to get the battery in my Nintendo Switch replaced. Michael and Marcus were very helpful and very fast. The price was extremely reasonable, and then when I went back to pick it up I learned that they also have a free D&D night! Absolute gem of a shop and I will for sure be returning.

Paradox, in the store helped me out. He is an extremely great employee. And is fun to chat with came in to get my Xbox controller repaired. They fixed it better than new.We'll be coming here again.They also told me they offer services such as if I bring in a case I can pay them to put it on my controller.And I will be using this in the future highly recommend this shop.If you shop at walmart and use a all state protection plan

Peter was amazing! He took the time to show me and my daughter a lot about Pokémon cards, including values and information we didn’t know before. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. We learned a lot and even ended up buying some Pokémon cards because of how great the experience was. Highly recommend asking for Peter if you’re there!
